- Why does my LVF product look and smell different from the last batch?
At LVF we make boutique small batches in our manufacturing factility. LVF chooses only natural ingredients for our products which come from a variety of local and international suppliers. There can be seasonal, harvesting and slight processing factors which makes natural products varietal each year. We work hard to ensure that your LVF product is presented to you in the best possible condition.
- Are any products tested on animals?
None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals and we have lots of family and friends willing to be testers for our products.
- How do I take care of my LVF products?
Our products are best kept in conditions under 30°C. However if due to extreme temperatures your cream becomes separated then a quick shake should resolve the texture of your product.
