LVF provides the products available on this website to you subject to the following terms:
- We are manufactured and located in the Mid-West of Western Australia and as such are covered by the laws of Australia.
- We have done our best to ensure that all the information on the site is up to date and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is.
- We endeavour to use the strongest possible encryption of personal data via our website, however if someone is hurt or property is damaged from people using information from our website, then we are not liable. The internet is not 100% secure so you transmit information at your own risk.
- No reselling of our products. We are open to wholesale sellers so please contact us.
- Our prices are in Australian dollars and delivery at this stage is dependent upon where you live via Australia Post. We do our best to ensure that products are packaged and delivered safely via the post and are not responsible for damage en route to destination.
- You can return a product that is unused or faulty for a refund within 30 days at your own cost. Once a product has been used we are unable to refund it though at our discretion we may replace it, should fault or product contamination be proved.
- We strongly recommend that you try each product in a low risk body area prior to use in order to ascertain whether it is suitable for you. Should a product irritate or damage your skin please contact us and discontinue use.
